I love forging horses , this one is made from a horseshoe and serves as a double hook for hanging your keys, jewelry or anything else, the hooks are very strong.

This very decorative and original horse rack starts out as a horseshoe that I cut in half, the head and tail are then formed on the anvil at an orange / yellow heat using only the hand hammer and anvil.

Once the head & tail are formed, I add details with personal hand made punches, eye punch, nostril punch, mouth and ear punch, etc...

My maker's mark "Naz" is stamped "in" the top middle of the rack.

I then drilled 2 holes to accomodate screws for wall hanging.

I put a lot of importance in cleaning each rack after it has been hammered, bent into shape, and "in and out" of the fire numerous times...I acheive the clean look you see in the photos by using the wire wheel and sandpaper, this leaves each rack with a clean attractive look that is perfect for gift giving...

Makes a great gift for yourself or someone who loves horses.

Total lenght is approximately 8".

Included are 2 decorative wood screws that match perfectly with the ironwork.
