Hand forged, a heart shape is formed at the end of the handle and the other end smoothly lifts the cap off as you apply pressure upwards...

A large rivet is set in place and the number 6 is stamped on it to commemorate the celebrating year, another smaller decorative brass rivet is added to give a little more punch to this item.

Each opener is made by hand, one at a time !

Total length is approximately 8".

I put a lot of importance in cleaning each opener after it has been hammered, bent into shape, and "in and out" of the fire numerous times...I achieve the clean look you see in the photos by using the wire wheel and sandpaper, this leaves each opener with a clean attractive look that is perfect for gift giving...

After cleaning, I clear coat the bottle opener for protection and to keep the raw iron look.
