This decorative dragon hook is entirely hand forged.

It started out as 3/8" square stock steel and came to life on the anvil under the hammer blows at a yellow/orange heat. Details were then added using hand held punches, also hand made (eye punch, nostril punch, etc...).

After the head is complete, it's back to the fire to heat and form the hook with a small belly at the end so there is no sharp, pointy tip at the hook end. (all made with the hand hammer).
Last hammer blow on the dragon is my logo stamp signature "Naz".


I put a lot of importance in cleaning each dragon hook after it has been hammered, bent into shape, and "in and out" of the fire numerous times...I acheive the clean look you see in the photos by using the wire wheel and sandpaper, this leaves each opener with a clean attractive look...

After cleaning, I clear coat the dragon hook for protection and to keep the raw iron look.

Since they are hand forged one at a time, they each have their own personality and character, not one is the same, this listing is for the forged dragon hook you see in the photos above.

Included are 2 decorative wood screws that match the ironwork.

Made strong to last long.

Total height for this one is 6 1/2 ".
