Sorry, this item has sold.

Hand forged with the hammer and anvil out of 1 piece.

Paying close attention to details, smooth curves are made into the shape of a treble clef.

Next move is to forge the hook with a small belly at the end so there is no sharp, pointy tip at the hook end.

Back to the fire to straighten everything up.

After all this forging comes a good clean up with the wire brush followed by a traditional blacksmith anti-corrosion treatment applied at a low heat.(This treatment contains beeswax and boiled linseed oil).

Very strong, these hooks are made to last a few lifetimes.

A great gift idea for yourself or the music lover in your life.

Each hook is made by hand, one at a time at approximately 1800 degrees farenheight at the anvil with my hand hammer...

Since all my hooks are hand forged one at a time, slight differences may occur giving each one that authentic warm hand made feel that you simply can not get from a machine... If you like the one you see here, you will also like yours.

Height is approximately 9" and width is approximately 2 1/2".

Included with every hook are 2 decorative wood screws that match the ironwork.
