*****Please note, this is a "Made to order" listing...The one in the photos above is one I made previously and yours will be based on this one... The handmade process that goes into the fabrication of this item is what makes each one unique and sets it apart from the machine made world*****.

Your keys (or jewelry) will be in security on these forged dragon hooks.

The dragon's head comes to life on the anvil under the hammer blows at a yellow/orange heat. Details are then added using hand held punches.

After the head is complete, it's back to the fire to heat and form the hook with a small belly at the end so there is no sharp, pointy tip at the hook end. (all made with the hand hammer)... I then heat the middle section and make a decorative twist (the twist and adds a very nice decorative feature to the metal)...

Last hammer blow on the dragon is my logo signature "Naz".

The wings are brought to an orange heat in the forge and I hammer them all around to give them texture and match the forged dragon.

Next, I forge six smaller hooks and weld them to the wings from behind to keep everything clean. I then add to each a brass rivet that I hand hammer from behind. The rivets add extra strength and are very decorative.

Time to join the dragon to it's wings. I used a large iron rivet and hand hammer it from behind followed by two spot welds, again from behind.

I put a lot of importance in cleaning my items after they have been hammered, bent into shape, and "in and out" of the fire numerous times...I achieve the clean look you see in the photos by using the wire wheel and sandpaper, this leaves each item with a clean attractive look that is perfect for gift giving...

After cleaning, I clear coat the dragon rack for protection and to keep the raw iron look.


This signed metal sculpture is a highly decorative and functional piece of art that has many useful purposes :key hooks, jewelry rack, etc..

Measurements are approximately 11" high and 11 1/4" wide.

Included are 4 decorative wood screws.
